1. Move speedrun splits to use elapsed-time

2. Move back to milliseconds
|

3. save-speedrun will add up all these elapsed-time's up from speedrun-start-timestamp to calculate the start and end time
|

4. Don't set the overall timer elapsed time to sum of splits
